I found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good with many options. The view from my room was also great with a beautiful panorama. I was happy to have chosen this place.
The window blind in my room had a large stain, a bit off-putting. It would be great to have that addressed .

the room was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to assist with any requests i had. the breakfast choice was extensive, and the food was AMAZING!!!
the lift was out of order. walking up several flights of stairs to reach my room was tiring, especially after sightseeing all day. toiletries were not provided automatically, which i found inconvenient. i thought that this wasn't very eco friendly considering other actions were not friendly to the environment.

The breakfast was nice. Attentive staff provided it. The room was lovely. It was easy to find.
The room had no curtains. A blind did exist though it let sunlight in. I found the double bedroom bland. It only had one chair.

Balanced Experience at this Hotel

building historyhelpful managereasy breakfastroof locationmissing soappastry issue
The building's history stood out to me. The manager, Chris, were really good too help me. I look forward to returning soon! The breakfast included was also a quick and easy way to start the day.
My room was right under the roof, so my partner bumped his head. We had a shower instead of a bath. I also expected soap, but it wasn't there until my last day. The pastry and bread were almost gone by the time I ate.
